For late arrivals, you can guarantee your reservation with a credit/debit card number. This guarantees that your room will be reserved after the stated time. As such, the hotel is committed to holding your reservation until noon the following day. If you do not arrive at the hotel and you have to cancel your reservation, you will be charged for the first night.
